Brick Row from a Commuter Grad Student
I really do enjoy this apartment. It is in a quiet area, the neighborhood is safe, and it's close to 75. However, it is a pain getting to campus if you're working at 9 am every day.

Brick Row
I am a UTD student and live in Brick Row North. It's pretty close to campus, but not so close that it's overpopulated with other UTD students. There are a few others here, but you don't have to worry about running into that hot girl/guy when you want to walk around in your PJs. It's a pretty great apartment for the price. Not the most exciting area, but it's got a great gym/pool/business center and the actual apartments are very nice.

We have very much enjoyed living at Brick Row. The Management team was helpful in finding us an apartment within our budget that had everything we wanted. The gym and amenities are incredible and it is a very quiet area. There's an awesome park too!

Quiet aparment
Moved in because I wanted to downsize with a good spot for my dog. There is a great park area for your dog on leash but there is not a great spot for him off leash. The apartments are nice and well priced but aren't going to knock your socks off. There is great parking though which I really like
