Cheap and best

- the manager is great - he is very helpful and prompt with responses
- the place is at the intersection of university and shattuck and it’s walkable from Downtown BART - best in terms of transportation
- trader joes is at walking distance so grocery shopping is sorted
- only negative I would say is the building is old if that concerns you in any way
