Decent, but living with undergrads
Overall, it's ok for the price. The unit is fully furnished, and I have a private bathroom. It's clean and up-to-date.
The cons are that it's in West Campus, which is where a majority of the undergrads live. If you enjoy peace and quiet all the time, including all nights, then this isn't the place for you. The upside to this is that there are a bunch of late-night eating places within walking distance. Also, the law school isn't that far of a walk. It normally takes me 15 minutes walking to reach the law school. Also, management isn't normally that responsive to maintenance requests, but there aren't a lot of maintenance issues.
