Not Worth it
I've rented in many places throughout my life, and I don't recommend renting here, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A PET. Management claims to love pets but if you have a dog just beware that they expect it to basically be a puppet. If it barks even the slightest bit or runs around in your apartment they'll threaten you. On top of this the apartment costs are extremely overpriced for the area and what your paying for. The whole building is very cheaply built. There are gashes in the hallway walls, dirty stained floors, unclean elevator, and the dumpster is constantly overflowing with trash.

Worth it
It's an expensive complex but definitely worth the extra money for the value you receive.

Volaris Lansing Review
Great apartment so far, the amenities are amazing for students and especially students with pets. The apartment itself is good but you can tell that the apartments were built fast and with cheaper materials. The floors are uneven at some points but really not noticeable unless you look for it. The balconies are nice but the windows and doors do let cold air in. The walls are thick and I can barely hear my neighbors but like most apartments you can hear when people are jumping or stomping upstairs.

Worth the money!
It is definitely a pricier place to live but its very worth it. I plan to live here throughout the entire program. Its a very quiet and safe complex and area. Pretty view of MSU agriculture fields, included dog park, pet washing station, pool, pavillion w/grill and firepit, package center, espresso machine, and computers with printing. I think its worth the price and I’ve had no problems at all.
