Generally good, easy and close to campus

10 min walk to campus, so super easy for 1st term! It's also like you're never alone because you have a roommate, so that helped me as I was struggling with loneliness.

Troy East Apt Review

Only 10 minutes walk to campus. However, building is very old and has issues. Despite the age of the building, USC Housing is very responsive to fix any problems as soon as possible. I enjoy the study rooms and common spaces.
