Great location & renovated units
The renovated units are spacious for 1 bedroom + gated parking garage. Great location - only a 15 min commute to campus without traffic. Bad traffic days are only 30 mins. Super safe and near a couple good restaurants & bars and close to nearby shopping center with gym & grocery. 10 mins from downtown Culver City. The building is old and doesn't have any amenities and the management company isn't super responsive, but the onsite property manager is amazing. Lots of young singles or couples in the building.
