Gathyr Review

A bit expensive with all the non-negotiable or swappable add ons (valet trash fee, technology fee, and pest fee), but the apartment itself is great, management is great, and the area is up and coming! So glad I chose this for my first apartment. The garage is paid and on a wait list, and is also expensive, but you pay for your safety, privacy, and peace of mind
