Good place to live, common recurring issues
For me, the apartment was a great place to live. It is relatively quiet and it's not often that you run into other tenants if you're looking for a quiet place. The walls are not too thin, I'm able to have conversations and never really hear my neighbors downstairs/upstairs. Additionally, it is right next to the expressway so it's easy to both north and south. I, out of preference, do not use the gym at the complex and there's a Gold's Gym a three minute drive away.
Issues with the apartment is that there is almost always some sort of maintenance happening. Either the elevator is out of order, or a keypad to a certain floor, or the parking garage gate is stuck open. Trash chutes are also locked often but they take your trash out for you if you use the trash valet. However, they are quick to correct these issues. Additionally, if you work a 9-5, the leasing office is open until 6pm and even open on Saturdays.

Great option, great price, great space
The complex is only a 10 minute drive to the law school and you get way more space and amenities for the price you pay compared to other complexes. It is very new and it is very safe. It right off the high way so there are a lot of safety features that ensure safety. It is also near mueller so there is a lot of shopping, grocery, and food places available near by.
