Looks can be deceiving

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The water smells.

The Marks

I'm very happy here. My singular complaint is that there aren't bike racks outside so I have to carry my bike up to my apartment.

Great

Aside from the high cost, I love living here. I feel like it’s safe, in a good location (close to things like school and grocery stores), and well maintained. They offer a lot of amenities like a gym as well.

Comfortable and Great Location

You can’t beat the location of the Marks. Located a 5-10 minute drive from DU, 20 minutes from Downtown Denver and never more than 10 minutes from major shopping and restaurant centers. The Marks is a quiet, family friendly community that is a little older, but it nicely set back from the major streets with plenty of trees and walking paths. I have always felt my apartment rent id reasonable, but one thing to be aware of though is that they have recently been going through major renovations. This means rent will most likely be increasing significantly in the future, especially for renovated units.
