Nice Apartment

Uptown Square is a very nice space. There is a lot of restaurants in the area. My apartment is spacious and has all the amenities I need (ex: washer / dryer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, A/C, etc.). The rent is not outrageous for the area. The apartment complex has a pool and gym, plus grills for communal use. The employees are relatively efficient, though I had trouble contacting someone to check the status of my lease.

Welcome to white 30-something-year-old Disney Land. Grab your fiance and golden retriever because we're leaving the city to go skiing just like we did last weekend (we tore up a 14er the weekend before). Sometimes when we do stay in the city we like to go hang in the park. I grab some vino, my long-time significant other, and a joint and we meet our friends to talk about politics. Next weekend we're going snowshoeing with my friend Troy and his new girlfirend Monica.

The area lacks some character due to it being a tourist area at 16th St Mall. Homelessness is also prevalent, but have not had any direct issues.
