Church Place
Apartment is very spacious (very comfortably fits a couple plus an additional roommate (3 people total) in a 2 bedroom), and has large windows with lots of light. Building is composed of individually owned condos, so each apartment will differ, but the unit I am in has an in-unit washer/dryer, updated appliances, and very responsive landlord. Condo association is very quick to address any building issues, and neighbors are friendly. Has roof access and fireplace. There is very limited parking in a garage below the building, but it is generally expensive.
