The Block Apartment Review
Pros:
•In monument circle—close to many convenient things such as school, Kroger, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and on top of TJMaxx
•Walk to school is 12 minutes
•Leasing staff is wonderful
•Generally very quiet inside despite being a large complex
•Maintenance lives in the building and fixes issues quickly
•14ft ceilings with a great view of downtown
•Bar and restaurant downstairs
Cons
•No pool, balcony, outdoor space, or grill area
•Rented as airbnbs, so many strangers in the building
•Layouts, despite being large, are odd and not very logical — but not bad.
