get what you pay for

listen, it is hard to critique it because value wise, it’s less per square foot than any apartments in the area. it’s in a nice location (in my opinion, lots of activities nearby) though not a very walkable area. maintenance is responsive same day in almost all instances but that does not mean it is thorough.
