Loud, but not bad

I like the apartment, but it's definitely loud because it's on frat row and most of the residents are undergraduate students. Because the pool is located in the center of the complex, you will hear people yelling and cannon-balling into the pool late at night.

But the appliances are pretty new, and most units come with a TV attached. The water pressure in the shower is good too.

It's great that the complex is gated, but there is no secure package area. Packages are left outside in the sun. Out of the three years I've been living here, there was one instance of packages being stolen.
