This complex has become worse as a new management company has bought it out. The management's lack of communication is stress-inducing and disrespectful to tenants. The new management company, without warning, has suddenly and without giving much notification to tenants, changed the way that tenants are supposed to make rent payments. I would say that the only good thing about this complex is its close location to an RTD station, the fact that it has A/C & heating, as well as the in-unit washer & dryer.

my apartment is about 20 minutes from the school, so it's great if you're leaving with someone who works in Denver. It is also cheaper than living in Boulder and the commute is well worth the saving on rent. The complex is very safe and clean. the management is nice and fixes any issues promptly.

Great Bedroom Community

I have a great experience living here so far! I am just a 20-30 minute drive from CU and it is just a 30 minute drive to Denver. The apartment is safe, clean, and modern.

It is great that we have a pool, hot tub, grills, and a 24 hour gym. The gym is small, but rarely ever packed. There is a dog park as part of the apartment property. I'm a cat owner, but everyone with the dogs seems happy. There is no charge for parking unless you want a separate garage. Most apartments come with a garage already. I do miss Boulder, but the drive from Broomfield isn't bad unless there is a major accident. Boulder is expensive, but definitely with more bike/running paths. This is something this area lacks. These apartments are right next to US 36, which is easy access to Denver/Boulder. I like that it is a gated community.

Love Harvest Station, lots of bang for your buck. Spacious bedrooms, lots of community amenities, plenty of parking. Super pet friendly. 2 minute walk to the bus stop which will get you directly to campus or only a 20 minute drive. Close to restaurants and breweries. Not far from Denver either!
