Denver Towers
My building is on the edge of downtown off of the Santa Fe Artwalk. It is right above a grocery store, and walkable to multiple parks, coffee shops, restaurants, public libraries, and downtown. The Auraria Station and 10th and Osage Station for the LightRail are a 5-10 minute walk from my door, with trains that go direct to DU. Building includes a gym, pool, and off-street, covered parking. West/ south side of the building has mountain views, east/north side of the building has downtown views.
It is a perfect location for someone looking to live away from campus, but still have an easy commute. Plus, the rent is quite cheap for being downtown. The building has 1 bed, 1 bath units, and 2 bed, 2 bath units.
