Affordable Luxury Co-Living
It is a new building, all rooms have a private bathroom, management is nice and always responsive. The commute by bus alone might be challenging to UCLA but several routes (16, 105, 37, 14, 16, 218, 617) are within 5 minutes walking. The area is safe, and two major malls (The Grove and Beverly Center) are walking distance, as are two Trader Joes and one Whole Foods.
By car the commute is 25 minutes or less depending on traffic. The apartments have a gym, movie room, and library (so you don't have to go to UCLA all the time or, if you need to study all night) free printing as well. The coffee station is free up to 10 cups per month, there is a small minimart for everyday items and snacks.
Rooftop with views of the Hollywood sign and multiple grills. Internet reaches perfectly fine for work/study in that area as well. Concerts and community activities every month. Utilities are included in the rent, as is a monthly cleaning service for the common areas of your apartment unit e.g. the kitchen (not your room). Underground parking. Quiet neighborhood. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Honestly, the best place for a reasonable price. Pets are not allowed, but emotional support animals are welcome. Very small closets.
