Apartment is in a good area, neighbors are nice keep to themselves. On a busy street, but closet to a lot of necessities and nice spots on the west side. The unit itself is older and so ventilation/air flow isn’t the best. Had a mold issue on windows but management was quick to respond and fix the issue.
