Great location, ok building
The walls are extremely thin and you can easily distinguish the words of neighbors when they are on the phone or talking to someone in the room. The floors are also made of very cheap material, and do not sit flat. Furthermore, there is no central AC, or even ventilation in the Bathroom; it is very tough to get air flow in the apartment without leaving the front door open. However, the space itself is nice, the kitchen appliances are all new, and the maintenance requests are often fulfilled quickly. The best part is location, a few minutes walk from some of the best restaurants in sawtelle.
