Quiet Haven

The condo building offers a peaceful, convenient living experience, especially for anyone who wants to walk to work. It’s in a prime location—close enough to downtown yet tucked away in a quiet area. Shops and restaurants are only a ten‑minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is five to eight minutes on foot, making errands and commuting easy even without needing to drive. There’s no underground transit nearby, but the accessibility still feels very manageable.

The building itself has limited amenities, but the essentials are well covered. Gas, heating, and water are included in the rent, which helps keep monthly costs predictable. One drawback is that residents can’t control the heating, making winters a bit uncomfortable. Fortunately, the air conditioner is easy to adjust, which helps during warmer months. Laundry is affordable at $1.50 per wash and $1 per dry, a rare perk these days.

The building is pet‑friendly and has a balcony in each unit, offering a nice private outdoor space. Parking is easy and always available—a big plus for anyone who drives. Overall, it’s a simple, comfortable place to live, best suited for someone who values convenience, quiet surroundings, and straightforward living over extensive luxury amenities.
