Lovely neighborhood in South Arlington near Shirlington Village
We have lived in our neighborhood since fall of 2020, 4 years as renters and then we purchased in 2024. Rental units are typically rented out by the owner or a property manager the owner contracts with.
There are about 215 townhomes that are either 2-3 bedroom and 3 levels, some with patios and others with only decks. The neighborhood is a condo association and has tennis courts and an outdoor pool.
We are walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars in Shirlington as well as two groceries and the public library. Commute to WIS by car ranges from 20-40 minutes depending on time of day, traffic and which campus you are going to.
