Great apartment, far from school

Best part about living here: walkable to coffee shops, grocery, great food, Hollywood attractions, 5 minutes from WeHo and Melrose shopping, tons of fitness/wellness
Least favorite: Far from West LA Pepperdine campus (45 min with traffic)
On a quiet street, management on site, optional garage parking, pets allowed, pool on site (hot tub never works though)
I’ve had a great experience living here for 2.5 years, regular maintenance occurs, the apts are modern and updated.
