Review - Canyon Reserve
I live in one of their renovated apartments (which has a little bit higher rent) but has updated appliances, plank flooring, and a skylight if you live on the second floor. The apartment is spacious and maintenance is very responsive. Definitely in the suburbs but there are a lot of great breweries near by. About 20-25 minutes from Boulder and 20 minutes from Denver.
