Great Apartment

I have loved living at the Towers and Gardens. I live in a Gardens apartment which was built in the 1930s and is very charming. There are a lot of amenities included at the complex and it is in a great location near Wash Park.

Convenient Spot to Live!

Country Club is very close to University of Denver's campus and is very pet friendly, which were my top two requirements when I was looking for an apartment. The staff is very friendly and having a concierge is a plus. My neighbors are all very friendly, and I don't really hear much noise from my neighbors. The only thing I don't like is that the water gets shut off 1-3 times a month, and there are some problems with unleashed dogs. However, the pros outweigh the cons and I would continue living here.

Great!

I love living here! Great location: 5-10 minute drive to school or 5-10 minute drive to downtown. Fantastic amenities: gym & studio, outdoor pool, free coffee, access to amenities of other two towers, dog friendly, updated appliances, personal porch, spacious floorpans, great views, etc. All the employees and front desk workers are great! If you have a roommate, the cost is less than finding a 1 Bedroom apartment in Denver on your own. Option to add covered or uncovered parking and storage unit for an additional monthly cost.

I love this area! I feel extremely safe and being half a mile away from Washington Park has been so convenient for walks with my dog. It's also just 7-8 minutes from campus driving. Across the street, there is also a bus stop.
I've lived in two apartments in Cap Hill: Apartment #1 was 1.5 blocks away from the Capitol, and Apartment #2 is further south, closer to 6th Ave. and Governor's Park. I prefer Apartment #2, it's a little quieter/less busy further away from downtown. I love Capitol Hill - it's walkable, has great restaurants and bars, a handful of grocery stores, and has character and beautiful buildings. I'll admit it's not for everyone, most of the apartments are older with few to no amenities like pools, gyms, etc., and parking can be a challenge. I really love it, though, and plan to remain in Cap Hill as long as I'm renting in Denver.
Love this neighborhood! Mostly residential, but a quick walk to Wash Park or Broadway. Lots of nearby restaurants. Close drive to downtown or university area.

Wonderful place to live.
Pros: Access to a lot of shopping and dining options, close to DU
Cons: Frequent questionable characters in the area
Fantastic! Quieter and more residential, but multiple restaurants within walking distance. A little longer walk to Broadway, but have done it multiple times on Friday/Saturday nights in good weather!
Great part of town. Very safe, good food around, very close to school and work.
