ParkCentral Review

ParkCentral is great for the location but is kind of pricey. It's pretty nice but there are a lot of other apartments in the area with a similar pricetag that are more upscale. ParkCentral does have a lot of cool events that they throw throughout the year and is very pet-friendly without breed restrictions.

Pricey but close to campus

As a student, I wanted to live close to Belmont so I was willing to pay a little bit more. I love living near Centennial Park and that this building is relatively quiet. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance too. I would recommend splitting a 2br with a roommate to make it more affordable.

ParkCentral - Lots of Positives, but plenty of room for improvement

Park Central is located in Midtown and is in very close proximity to Centennial Park. The apartments have great kitchens with granite counter-tops, stylish cabinets, stainless steel appliances, wood-styled floors, spacious closets, and a lot of living room space. The gigabit internet speed is mostly reliable and does a great job with multiple devices in the apartment. The amenities that I use most would be the gym upstairs, which is best for a quick workout. The pool on the top floor is very aesthetically pleasing, and looks very nice, I've just never used it.
The downsides that I think are worth mentioning are the following:
1.)Odd rules regarding recycling cardboard - you have to take all cardboard downstairs to the 1st floor of the parking garage
2.) An unsatisfactory television cable plan is included in your rent, which I never use because of the poor quality of channels and low resolution - it's just another way to inflate rent prices.

I am on the border of Midtown and Music Row so it feels very safe here, there is not tons of traffic which is nice when walking around and even driving whenever I get out in my car, and there is plenty to do with a bunch of restaurants and bars. There is even an outdoor concert every Monday at one of the bars across the street, so I can open my windows and just listen to live music when doing homework - I love it!
very fun atmosphere. Central to everything and lots of restaurants and shopping near by and very close to school. about a 5 minute drive
Everything is a short drive away (15 minutes or less). There are grocery stores, restaurants and bars in the areas so you aren’t missing out on the social experience. This is a more residential corner of the midtown area so you don’t hear traffic/ambulance noise even though there are freeways and hospitals nearby. Close to Centennial Park and Percy Warner Trails so if you enjoy the outdoors this is a nice area to be in.
Midtown is great if you want to live close to campus. Vibrant bar/restaurant scene and short walk to campus. Said "yes" to all the additional questions around safety, family/pet friendly, etc. but you also have to realize it's very much a party area. Division is very popular and as a result, you always have to watch your surroundings and be aware at all times.
Midtown is situated just next to Vanderbilt with tons of fun bars and restaurants
Lots of bars and food places, easy to walk around, safe, vibrant.
Restaurants nearby, quiet, close to gym. I really like it.
Very close to campus and plenty things around to do
