Great Place and Amenities

I love the amenities here (gym, rooftop with pool, lounge to study). My friends often come over to study in the lounge and roof. I can walk to Eskind every single day (15 minutes max). There are a lot of dogs so I assume it's great for pets even if I don't have one.

ParkCentral

Very good apartment overall. The apartment is in a fantastic location. It directly overlooks Centennial Park, the Centennial Sportsplex, and is about a 15 minute walk to Owen. The amenities are nice and pretty well maintained. The apartment gym has a good selection and a space for yoga or a spin class, etc. The staff also put on some free breakfasts every month or so that are good quality. Has an undergrad population but they're not too loud. Most noise is your standard street noise.

Downside of the apartment is relatively little storage space. While the garage is supposed to be limited access, there have been a few incidents where people have snuck in and stolen things out of unlocked cars.

Great location right across Centennial Park

The experience has been great. I love living next to the park. It is also within a walking distance to the park. If you are on the side of the park the negative is car traffic. Otherwise, on the other sides you cannot hear any noise. This place is perfect for students who want to focus on school.

ParkCentral

Great location right next to Centennial Park with amazing views, walking distance from Vanderbilt campus, secure building with recent efforts to make the building flood-proof, mail room has Luxer lockers to hold onto packages until you get home. Management and maintenance teams are very responsive, and social events are held bi-weekly/monthly. Gym is large with all the equipment you probably need. Rent prices at this apartment have been rising slowly, and building is definitely not new, so there are ventilation issues particularly with humidity.

ParkCentral

Great location - next to Centennial Park and walking distance to campus. I like the convenience of being able to walk to campus and walk to places nearby; restaurants, book store, Starbucks, etc. It is fairly quiet and helps make studying easier. The employees are good about getting back to you quickly. Parking included in rent which is nice. A downfall is that I believe it is overpriced. It is apparent that it was cheaply built and the rent is far too high for the quality.

Great service: front desk staff is very responsive and service technicians respond to all service requests in 1-2 days.

Complimentary coffee available in the open lounge, and good gym amenities.

I am on the border of Midtown and Music Row so it feels very safe here, there is not tons of traffic which is nice when walking around and even driving whenever I get out in my car, and there is plenty to do with a bunch of restaurants and bars. There is even an outdoor concert every Monday at one of the bars across the street, so I can open my windows and just listen to live music when doing homework - I love it!
very fun atmosphere. Central to everything and lots of restaurants and shopping near by and very close to school. about a 5 minute drive
Everything is a short drive away (15 minutes or less). There are grocery stores, restaurants and bars in the areas so you aren’t missing out on the social experience. This is a more residential corner of the midtown area so you don’t hear traffic/ambulance noise even though there are freeways and hospitals nearby. Close to Centennial Park and Percy Warner Trails so if you enjoy the outdoors this is a nice area to be in.
Midtown is great if you want to live close to campus. Vibrant bar/restaurant scene and short walk to campus. Said "yes" to all the additional questions around safety, family/pet friendly, etc. but you also have to realize it's very much a party area. Division is very popular and as a result, you always have to watch your surroundings and be aware at all times.
Midtown is situated just next to Vanderbilt with tons of fun bars and restaurants
Lots of bars and food places, easy to walk around, safe, vibrant.
Restaurants nearby, quiet, close to gym. I really like it.
Very close to campus and plenty things around to do
