If you are happy living a c.10 minute drive from school, you cannot do better than the Grove. We have four swimming pools and a really lovely apartment for a very reasonable price. It is a quiet and communal complex, with a number of buildings across a wide space. Elmington is a lovely neighborhood to be in!

Apartment has great amenities, of 5 apartment communities I have lived in, this one is the only one I regularly use the amenities. It has 4 pools, a large dog park, free Frothy Monkey coffee and cookies, and lots of walking areas.

Great place to live. Quiet, close to campus, safe, clean. Gives you enough space to feel like you can get away. Highly recommend. A little expensive but not as bad as some other places that are closer to campus.

The rent is a lot higher than it would have been compared to my home town, but it is a very nice and quiet complex with nice amenities (pool, gym, good free coffee in leasing offices). It is a little further than other options, but I bike to school daily and have no issues (~10 min commute). Management is very very responsive and I have had multiple things repaired on the same day of my request.

Amazing community. The location can't be beat! Property management is responsive and cares about its residents and the community.

Highly recommend living at The Grove. I've lived here for 3 years and plan on staying as long as possible. It's close to campus and easy access to downtown. Excellent management and amenities. Beautiful location. Everything you would need is within a 1-3 mile radius.

This has been a great spot for my roommates and I. The rent is fairly affordable for Nashville. The neighborhood (Green Hills) is beautiful and a short drive (though not walking distance) from campus. The complex is pet friendly, maintenance responds to issue quickly, it has a few small pools and a couple very small gyms. It is in a very convenient location for people with cars, it may not be for those without. The complex is gated and fairly secure. There are no elevators so units on upper levels are not accessible.

Management is great. Maintenance requests are responded to very promptly. Pet friendly! Some issues with bugs, but nothing out of the ordinary (i.e., no roaches, bedbugs, etc.)

My apartment complex is pretty spacious and more out-doors oriented than a lot of other apartments. It has a great location and is about a 10 min drive from most things in Nashville!
