Awesome management and really nice units

This was my third apartment in Boston, and I have to say it’s by far the best apartment I’ve lived in. While it goes without saying that apartments in Boston are expensive, Longwood Towers are definitely worth it. Management is outstanding and the doormen are really friendly. The kitchens have been recently renovated which is a huge plus since the wife and I both enjoy cooking. Our neighbors are also really nice.

About Fenway/Kenmore

Home to the historic Fenway Park and the Boston Red Sox, Fenway is a great neighborhood for young people. In fact, the park was named after the neighborhood. It is also home to the arts, such as Berklee School of Arts. This community boasts plenty of eateries and bars surrounding the ballpark and ha...

West Fens is, in my opinion, the best place to live in Boston. Pros: short commute downtown, plenty of transit options, lots to do (bars, restaurants, etc)., near plenty of stores (grocery store, TARGET!, Marshall's, etc.), quiet streets, and right next to the Fens for when you want your nature fix. I don't have any cons, personally. It's my ideal location.
Extremely close to Berklee & Boston Conservatory. Lots of restaurants, walkable to grocery & pharmacy. Can be loud, & can be scary to walk alone at night due to dark park & history of assaults, as well as nightclub traffic from Machine.
Great neighborhood! There are plenty of shops and bars and restuarants nearby to explore. It is also very close to transit areas. It's generally quiet, except on game days at Fenway. On game days, the streets and roads become very crowded and can get loud. It's not very loud from my apartment, I don't notice it, but it can change depending on where you live. There are stores and markets for shopping and groceries within close walking distance. The location downtown is great for me.
being a block over from fenway park there is always something happening. it’s very exciting to be right in the middle of all the excitement but being down one block as to not have to hear it all the time. there are so many great bars in a walking distance and so many little restaurants that are tasty
It is a good place. Easy to access also it has tons of cafes, groceries, and restaurant
It has a residential feel even though it's right downtown. Everything you need is right in the neighborhood, including a grocery store, CVS, hardware store, liquor store, etc.
Very safe place and you have accessibility to whatever you need
amazing and surrounded by cafes and bars
