Review of Legacy Hill
We are two Belmont PT students living at Legacy Hill. This is a great value for an apartment - safe location, includes pool and gym, dog park. It is very close to Percy Warner Park and great restaurants in the Bellevue area. The apartment is clean and relatively spacious. The complex has a great mix of students, young professionals, and families. Everyone on the staff has been friendly and helpful. The only thing we don’t like about our apartment is that it’s about a 20 minute drive from Belmont’s campus. But we chose this complex because it has everything else we were looking for, all for a good price. We felt that we had to be that far from campus to find a an apartment within our budget.
