Mild commute with roomates - great price
Legacy Hill is located in the Bellevue area, which is quiet, green, and well kept. Great local shopping an 8 min drive away with bus stops in walking distance. Directly connects to West End Ave; commute to campus is 30 min with traffic and under 20 without. Complex is mostly young families, pets allowed, includes a gym, pickleball court, and pool. The view from the pool is amazing and you can see 4th of July fireworks in downtown from the top of the hill. You do have to pay around $40 monthly for parking for some reason. We got an unusually good deal for our unit because they have a hard time selling 3 bedroom units over the summer, 1-2 bedroom units are much more popular. Buildings are 3 stories and I recommend the top unit as floors can be squeaky.

Review of Legacy Hill
We are two Belmont PT students living at Legacy Hill. This is a great value for an apartment - safe location, includes pool and gym, dog park. It is very close to Percy Warner Park and great restaurants in the Bellevue area. The apartment is clean and relatively spacious. The complex has a great mix of students, young professionals, and families. Everyone on the staff has been friendly and helpful. The only thing we don’t like about our apartment is that it’s about a 20 minute drive from Belmont’s campus. But we chose this complex because it has everything else we were looking for, all for a good price. We felt that we had to be that far from campus to find a an apartment within our budget.
