Very good for the price

My 1 bed apartment is very spacious with lots of sunlight. The location is great. The cons are temperature control issues (Extremely humid during summer and extremely cold during winter) and we have roaches.

Convenient Life

Close to metrobus 16ish and Artbus 77, close to some metro station. There is a Giant, CVS and Starbucks in walking distance outside apartment for less than 5 mins.

Older building, but great value

This is an older apartment, built in the 1940's, so there aren't a lot of features like central air, no dishwasher, no pets allowed, etc. But desite that, the location is great, it's along a very active bus line on Columbia Pike take takes you to the orange/yellow/blue/silver lines. Management is great and organizes socials every few months. Can't beat the price!

Great value for the money

This is an inexpensive apartment in a great location. There is no dishwasher and there is only a window AC in the living room, but for $200 more per year, you can ask them to add a second window unit to the bedroom. There is a gazebo and propane grills outside for residents to share as well. Overall a great deal!

Quiet and residential. A little ways from any restaurants or grocery stores, but there's good bus transport and Capital Bikeshare nearby.

The neighborhood is very family friendly. I can walk, bike, or bus easily to the metro/Pentagon City mall or bus/bike to the law school. Walking distance to fair assortment of restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. on Columbia Pike. Neighborhood is dotted with parks, tennis courts, short bike path, and other recreation.

Safe and friendly neighborhood. On a busy street, so the neighborhood is mostly behind the complex. Even then, the suburb behind the complex is small before you hit another highway. Very easily accessible by car, not very much by metro. Also, that accessibility comes with the cost that things do not feel very walkable in most directions. Living here almost necessitates having a car.
