Nice neighborhood, good building for the price
This is a very quiet, clean building located across from the Takoma metro station in a very up and coming neighborhood that still manages to keep some of its roots. The neighbors are very nice for the most part. The main benefit is that the building is very pet friendly, and they spray for bugs every few months so we've never had a pest problem. The price is good for the location but there aren't very many amenities. The management is good but not great- they are slow in responding to emails and there is no follow up. It would be nice to have some type of system for submitting requests for repairs instead of just emailing the building manager but it could be worse.
