Great Apartment
overall good apartments in a quiet and nice area. Access to 183 and stores are within a 5-minute radius. I don't hear my neighbors. I don't have really big pest problem once or twice but Pest control is included in the rent. Maintenance always does their job and responds quickly. Internet and water is included within the rent so it's one less thing to worry about. There is no assigned parking. There's plenty of parking spots and you do not need a permit for yourself or for visitors. The bigger negatives is that it's a bit older apartments and and it is a bit far from you too. Overall compared to apartments closer You get a better deal at the same price.
