Cheap, safe, but nothing special
Upon move in my apartment hadn't been cleaned but they did credit me my first month's rent. It's a fine place to live while you're a student but nothing fancy. It's safe and about a 15 minute drive from campus. There are 2 bus routes near by and they take 30-40 min to get to campus.

Good location, poor management.
My experience with Stoney Ridge Apartments has been frustrating. The management continually is poor and maintenance of the structure is bottom tier. We have had mold, roach, and numerous other problems that have been met with resistance. There was mold on the wall when we moved in and nothing was done about it. The pool doesn't seem to make the price or frustration with those individuals running the property worth it. The walls are also incredibly thing. Privacy is not easy to obtain.
