Nice, Inexpensive Location
Staying at Ballpark was so far nice. The price range for a 1 bedroom apartment is good although sometimes the maintenance isn't that quick. The gym and the pool are nice amenities in addition to the club house. It is close to the supermarket and has covered parking. Moreover, there is a shuttle to UT which makes it perfect for students.

Cheap, Student Housing
This apartment complex is perfect for the poor, college student. It is close to the UT Bus Route, which takes you straight onto campus. The problem with this complex is that it is student housing and therefore can be loud on the weekends due to parties and other shenanigans. Perfect for now, but once I'm earning a paycheck, I'm moving.
