Cheap, but decent student housing

This complex is a great for any UT students looking for a cheap place to live, if you don't mind the distance. Plus, It's a 5 minute walk from HEB. Overall, the apartment is your average size, nothing special and management can be a little slow to fix issues.

Horrid Management

Why does it always seem that management at Student Housing is HORRIBLE?! A work order in the apartment can take anywhere from a week to a month, which is just unacceptable. They are also just plain rude. Adding in how unsafe the neighborhood gets some times, I wouldn't recommend moving here.
