Decent
A somewhat far commute to campus, but doable with a car. Property is adequate for the price. Biggest issues: crime can occur in parking lot (unsecured, so theft of hubcaps/breakins happen), laundry facilities are often dirty and machines are out of order, roaches will be seen in your apt regardless of tidiness, hot water takes a long time in shower, shower water pressure sucks. Walls are thin so expect to hear neighbors if they play music/tv even somewhat loudly. Pros: feels pretty safe, no carpeting, bigger apt complex with more amenities, maintenance requests are somewhat timely
