Love West Koenig Flats!
West Koenig Flats has everything that I wanted in an apartment - amenities such as an Amazon Locker, pool, fitness center, business center, etc. at an affordable price. I live with two other McCombs students and personally pay around $700 (based on square footage) per month. This has made being a student much more affordable! The apartments are really nice and spacious enough. The only downside is that the building is ~4 miles north of campus, so during the weekends a lot of money was spent on ubering downtown! With that said, I biked to class and we had a bus stop at our apartment building.

Brand New- So far so good!
The Apartments are brand new and have great upgrades. Granite counter tops, undercounted sinks, USB cable hook ups in the outlets, great appliances. Th location is really convenient to get down town or go farther north. Love that there's an established community there. Feels safe.
Lots of club house amenities as well. Management seems good enough and no building issues yet. Covered parking in a secure garage and some units have yards.
