Noisy

Noisy from city streets and loading dock, even from a high floor with double-pane windows. Located in downtown DC at Penn Quarter/Chinatown, lots to do in immediate vicinity but neighborhood gets less safe just two blocks east. Parking is in public garage.

Great city livin'!

It's on the expensive side but location is on point and the amenities are great for the typical fresh out of college millennial. Great kitchen appliances, good water pressure, never encountered plumbing problems. And I can see my work from here!

Big Studio, great amenities

Great rooftop pool and grill area. Big and with great views. Studio is great, galley kitchen, open, new appliances all around, furnished, wall mounted flatscreeen tv. Quiet building with lots of families and also younger couples and late twenties, early thirties profesionals. Movie theater and courtyard, as well as social room with bar, pool and lounge. very safe

Judiciary Square Reviews

Very safe and lots of restaurants and bars. It is great for dinner and happy hour. Very close to the mall and all the monuments. Great for running and outdoor activities. Life night and day.
I enjoy the fact that there are numerous places to eat and happy hour at in the neighborhood. My only complaint is that it doesnt necessarily have a "club" or "lounge spot".
Chinatown is great because there is always something to do and lots of good bars and food nearby (and it's just a short walk to the Safeway). The area feels safe because there are always people around. That said, all the excitement means it can be loud and Verizon Center events can clog up public transportation. Biggest downside is the distance from campus.
