The Aspens
Close, safe, clean, good for the value. Peaceful and far away enough from school as to where I still feel I have an outside life. No traffic, 10-15 minute commute. Perfect for B school student.
Would love for more feeling of culture and proximity to bars/nightlife, but Irvine is pretty cookie cutter in general anyways.
