My apartment

Apartment is low cost and beautiful with running water and trees. Really is most beautiful grounds even compared to ultra-expensive apartments in Irvine.
Maintenance people are nice and so is one of the managers. The other manager is awful and I've been dealing with a LOTTT of pest issues. Ants, Termites, and cockroaches!!!! Each time they brought someone out promptly to deal with it but it still sucked.

Parking is good but the homeless people digging through the dumpster in front of my apartment suck.
