Good house

Overall, the house has been great. There are some problems with ants and spiders though. For the cost, it's somewhat worth it as the AC is not centralized, but you get large bedrooms and kitchen. The maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly.
There is enough space to make the living room another bedroom so you can pay less rent individually.

Great place if you're new to the area and have roommates

I had the opportunity to live there with couple roommates. It was affordable as I paid only 850 for one bedroom and shared bathroom. It also included utilities. If you are able to find 2 other parties to split the rent with you then this is a good place to live. Super close to school and extremely convenient and quiet.

A good community with free maintenance facilities. Have free parking, gym and swimming pool.

Good amenities and location

The apartment is spacious and the rent is comparable with very good amenities. The best part is : entire maintenance is included in the rent.

Spacious and distance between school is moderate

Good community, approx 1.2-1.4 miles waya from business school. Its safe and basic amenities are available. Rooms are way bigger than UTC apartments.
