Great value at this property. The amenities are basic, but all useful and the management team is responsive to maintenance requests.

Not the most impressive building, but great
The management of the building does a pretty good job, units are relatively spacious and most importantly, every unit has a washer/dryer. The amenities are not amazing but definitely meets most needs - there is a gym and a lounge with free coffee, a printer, a study room, several TVs, shuffle board, and a pool table. Also love the location: close to the trolley, bus stops, Target, CVS, and restaurants.

Reasonable price with very clean, reasonable amenities, friendly staff
Just as the title says, the rent of $1,570 is reasonable compared to other apartments in center city.

Good value at the Republic
Great value, great location, lots of space in apartment. One complaint is management is somewhat unresponsive and insulation is poor.

Great location and good value
Extremely convenient location - close enough to walk to campus, one block from trolley, and near Rittenhouse Square. Units are older than 2116, but very good value for space and includes basement gym. Responsive management.

The Republic
I really enjoy the building, the staff is great, its in a very central location. the rent is very reasonable and we have a gym, yoga room, conference room and general lounge. They are pretty good with maintenance requests (within 24-28 hours) and have an easy online system for applying and paying rent.

Great apartment but unfortunately next to construction :(
My fiance and I love the apartment building, staff and amenities here - all the apartments are recently renovated with new appliances and floors. The only big negative is the construction that recently started next door - I believe it's going to be an indoor mall - to be finished in 2019...if I had known the construction was going to start, I don't think we would have rented here!

Rittenhouse Square Reviews
Spruce Street in particular is great - it's a little south of the square, so is quieter/shielded from a lot of the traffic that the neighborhood gets, but it's not out of the way or far away. There's a Starbucks, a grocery store (Rittenhouse Market), and a few corner stores (Four Seasons and Food & Friends) within a 2-3 minute walk of my apartment.
