Windsor

The Windsor at Midtown is in a prime location in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. The management is responsive and maintenance crew is speedy with handling requests. I feel very safe and love the modern fixtures within my apartment. I do, however, wish that the gym was better (it's super tiny!), and that the elevators were not so freaking slow.

Old building with charm

The building is old, but well managed with good residents and feels safe. the location is unbeatable for its proximity to piedmont park and midtown amenities. Rent is expensive but in line with competing properties; the parking deck is secure and gated, and towing/visitor policy is enforced.

Pricey, But Prime Location & Great Staff!

The Windsor at Midtown is the prime location for walking to the park, restaurants, and bars in bustling midtown. It is a bit pricey, but the staff is very courteous and responsive, and the amenities (free bike rentals, business center with printers, fitness room, pool) are tremendous.

Midtown

Living in Midtown has been incredible. I walk to work everyday, I can meet up with friends at the drop of a hat, and I'm right on the park. The actual apartment isn't that amazing, but the experience has been incredible. It doesn't even matter that the amenities are limited or the rent is high.
