Good proximity to georgia tech. Groceries are a problem without a car

Good place to stay if you need to be close of georgia tech. 5min walk to CRC. only issue is the cement floors. Also it's difficult to get cheap groceries without a car. Also pretty far from a marta station by walk.
the apartment does not come with a washer/dryer set and we need to use the commercial washer/dryer downstairs.
Also gym is basic and don't have full range of dumbbells

Nice place but too many overhead.

It is a great place for students of Georgia Tech. It is less than 5mins aways from the campus recreation facility at Tech. However, there are a lot of hidden costs associated with the place. The trash, sewer, water charges add upto over $200 a month! In spite of that, it is an excellent place to live.

935M - Safe and close to Georgia Tech

Decent apartment complex close to Georgia Tech campus. Quite safe as well.
The gym could be improved, as some of the treadmills don't work.
Maintenance and management are quite responsive.
Corridors could be improved.
Overall, a decent and safe option at Marietta street.

Wonderful location, but the gym could use an upgrade!

I've loved living here the past 4 months - I have a huge apartment with easy-to-clean floors, and a spacious patio. Granted, my view is of a billboard, but at least it's secluded. They've done a really nice job of noise-proofing the apartments given the busy streets on both sides of the apartment, and the location means you can walk pretty much anywhere on Howell Mill from Northside up to the Walmart. Going out to eat or for coffee has really never been easier without a car. And MARTA buses pick up right across the street. My one complaint is for how nice the clubhouse, office and pool area are... the gym feels like an afterthought. There's a pretty sad amount of space which limits the number of machines they can have in there, and at least one or two of the treadmills is always broken. Even if they put in hardwood floors and added an extra mirrored room it would be instantly improved. Management is almost always wonderfully helpful, though Rachel can get cranky randomly...

It’s close to shopping, close to Atlantic station, close to Howell mill which has a lot of great restaurants (ex. marcel, Barcelona, sushi oku, the optimist). Can walk to Starbucks and shopping complex including Tj maxx, Office Depot in about 5 minutes. Unfortunately northside drive itself is not really walkable as there are no sidewalks
The neighborhood includes Atlantic Station and the shopping districts on Howell Mill. We are very close to UpBeet, Ormsby's, and a bunch of cute trendy restaurants. Plus, Atlantic Station has all the major shops and a move theater. There is even an LA fitness there.
Westside has definitely come up in terms of Atlanta neighborhoods. There are tons of great restaurants in the area, and it is a very safe place to be, even at night. If you like to eat, you NEED to venture over!
Great because of proximity to campus. Limited gym facilities. otherwise good community. noise levels not too high.
Blandtown is a great area to live that is just away from the hustle of Howell Mill Road and all the amenities that are offered there. Topgolf is convenient and getting to Midtown or the interstates is just a couple of minute drive. Definitely worth saving the money to live over here.
Pros are close to downtown and near a lot of restaurants and about 20 mins from everything within the perimeter. Con at night like most places in the city it can feel a little unsafe as well as there can be a lot of traffic at random parts of the day.
This area is in transition. There are great restaurants and lots of new apartments. It's becoming a really cool part of town but it's not quite there.
