Don't Live at Catalyst Midtown
Most residents have moved in 1 - 2 months after original move-in date of August 15th. None of the amenities are done. Building still under construction. Not enough parking (which is an extra $125/month and unassigned). No security, doors are left open and unlocked to the building. Endless maintenance issues that takes weeks if not months for them to come and fix.
