Community does not begin to describe this place!
We've lived 2 1/2 years at Waters, and what keeps us here is the community events & friendliness. We know our neighbors, there's lots of dog owners, fun stuff to do for the family all month long, such as pool parties, tutoring for kids, etc., kids play outside, everyone greets each other. We love it! Having done the research in South Austin, you get more square footage for your buck, plus all fun stuff makes it truly worth it. The only thing we don't love are the car break ins. Not their fault, but not pleasant. In the time we've been here, there has been 3 hits. 1 inside the gate, 2 outside. But something else we do love about Waters is that management does do something about complaints. They always email back within the same day, and most maintenance requests get fixed within that week. We love this community, and the opportunity to know the people that live here. So if that's what you're looking for, we highly recommend Waters! *Just be ready to spend 10 minutes at the light to get anywhere (although EVERYTHING is within a few minutes).
