Great experience at Rancho San Joaquin Apartments

Securing the apartment is only possible 30 days in advance from the start of the rent period. You need to scour the website daily in order to find the list of available apartments.
Pros: Splendid location with grocery stores, restaurants nearby and relatively closer to UCI.
Cons : Dynamic pricing which changes daily and can increase your rent budget

All things are good except rent rate.

This apartment has good environment. close to access UCI, good maintenance, close to 405 free way, safety, and so on. However, rent rate in Irvine is so challenging. If a new student can get a on-campus housing, that is great. However, if not, this apartment could be a good alternative.

Amazing in everything

It’s a standalone house in a 3 unit (floor) building. It is secure, peaceful, quiet and you have all the independence. The big difference is the owner who takes care of any maintenance (check maintenance responsibilities in standalone units)

Rancho San Joaquin

Nice and good location, close proximity to UCI campus. Not alot of students in the complex, mostly families and older folks, which is nice. Amenities are nice - new laundry machines, pools/hot tubs, and viking grills. The amenities in the apartment itself are not as nice. Bathroom needs an update. Kitchen appliances are ok and there is granite, but cabinets are not real wood. Plus, the carpet throughout is terrible. This apartment would be 1000 times better with wood or parque floors. On the other hand, its pretty big and there is a walk-in closet.
