Its everything an apartment can offer
Its everything an apartment can offer such as safety, a lot of fresh air and sun, friendly staff and neighbours. You never feel alone when you come back to eon as it gives a feeling of home. Corridors are very clean and spacious so it gives a good feeling every time you come home.

Safe and enjoyable
It's a beautiful apartment i would say with all amenities. Maintenance team is great. You need them and they are there without any delay. Its a pet friendly place. Balcony is there with good views and I would personally recommend to anyone who is looking for an apartment near marta which is safe and beautiful.

Amazing for rent
I have been staying in eon from last 1 year and had a wonderful stay with zero issues. I loved the fact that security is available 24/7 so you don't feel unsafe at any point of time. Its 3 minute walk from MARTA so its very convenient for people who want to use MARTA.

Great location but little else…
Eon is in a great and convenient location which is why it is a shame that the apartment is a mess. The residents in these apartments absolutely ruin a great facility.
There is always a mess in the hallways and elevator (think dog urine or feces) and it frequently smells like rotting trash due to the fact that the residents do not know how to use a trash chute.
