Great Community in Buckhead

The Elle is a great apartment community located in Buckhead. Apartments are spacious, most units have a patio/balcony, and the amenities (pool specifically) is top notch. It is approximately 20 minutes to Emory and 15 minutes to Old Forth Ward and Midtown. Only downsides are that the community had an issue with the fire alarms going off at night (supposedly fixed) and it there are not many other Emory students are residents.

Loud, but great location!

I love the location of the Elle! It is walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, my pharmacy, grocery stores, etc. That is the main reason I chose this apartment. The apartment layout is nice, as well as the size of bathrooms, granite counter tops, high ceilings. The water is not very clean; it bleaches my mats in the bathroom and there is always a moldy ring around the toilets. I am getting a filter for each sink and the shower. My main complaint is the noise level. I can hear my upstairs neighbors every move, including vibrating phone, shutting drawers, closing doors, etc. I have heard this from many residents, so I know it is not just my upstairs neighbors. The pool is very nice, and the gym has a nice view of the downtown skyline, but there is usually a wait for the treadmills, and the equipment doesn't always work properly.

Elle of Buckhead

The apartment has great amenities. I've met a ton of people at the pool and on the rooftop. For the most part management has been friendly but I've had a couple of issues with things I have felt weren't reasonable.

Other than this I would recommend.

The area is very upscale. New Buckhead Atlanta deveolopmwnt with great restaurants and high end shops. Lots of renovation happening in the already great area. Plenty of bars, restaurants and music venues within walking distance.
Love being so close to so many great restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and general green space. Only thing I don't love about Peachtree Hills is how expensive it is for the most part.
Good area, with plenty of grocery store options. Walkable during the day.
The neighborhood is really quiet but yet kid friendly. The area is safe and is not far from grocery stores. I cannot point out any cons because there isn't any.
West Midtown is a busy, up-and-coming part of Atlanta with elaborate restaurants, attractions and bars. Not to mention the convenient location! Amazing!
The neighborhood is close to lots of things. I like living close to Marta, which is convenient to my work. The con to that is that I live right next to the train, which causes some noise. I like living near Lenox Mall and Phipps Mall (the movie theater there is great!). Living near Brookhaven is also great. I love being so close to great restaurants.
It is very quiet because it is far away from Peachtree and all the other big streets. There is a little park right next to the square where you can go outside and which makes it even more quieter. It is also safe thanks to the security and the gates.
This is a very central location, just next to Peachtree Street. Shopping like Publix and Fresh Market are not too far away, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and it is still very quiet down at Bryson Square.
