Great community and amenities, perfect location

Great location in Buckhead, not too far from campus (20 minutes) but close enough to main roads to get in different directions quickly. It’s a 15 acre gated complex which means we’re much more confident in the safety than other parts of the neighborhood. The only reason it’s not a 10/10 is because our unit is hard for delivery people to find inside the building.

Camden Paces

Been a resident for two years. The apartment is expensive, however you will get what you pay for. The complex is secure with a parking lot underneath the apartment building. The place is quiet. I have had no pest problems. I have also had no maintenance issues that were not resolved in less than 24 hours (and none that were significant). There is a pool and a small gym (cardio equipment, a few leg machines, a cable station, and dumbbells - no barbell).

City Life

I love living in the city of Atlanta and to live in Camden Place makes it so much better. The atmosphere, the pool, the view from my window all is amazing. I could not ask for a better place to live. If I decide to have a family i will upgrade to a 3 bedroom opposed to moving somewhere else. I love my apartment and the management makes it better too!

Getting around Buckhead

Buckhead Reviews

The area is very upscale. New Buckhead Atlanta deveolopmwnt with great restaurants and high end shops. Lots of renovation happening in the already great area. Plenty of bars, restaurants and music venues within walking distance.
Love being so close to so many great restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and general green space. Only thing I don't love about Peachtree Hills is how expensive it is for the most part.
Good area, with plenty of grocery store options. Walkable during the day.
The neighborhood is really quiet but yet kid friendly. The area is safe and is not far from grocery stores. I cannot point out any cons because there isn't any.
West Midtown is a busy, up-and-coming part of Atlanta with elaborate restaurants, attractions and bars. Not to mention the convenient location! Amazing!
The neighborhood is close to lots of things. I like living close to Marta, which is convenient to my work. The con to that is that I live right next to the train, which causes some noise. I like living near Lenox Mall and Phipps Mall (the movie theater there is great!). Living near Brookhaven is also great. I love being so close to great restaurants.
It is very quiet because it is far away from Peachtree and all the other big streets. There is a little park right next to the square where you can go outside and which makes it even more quieter. It is also safe thanks to the security and the gates.
This is a very central location, just next to Peachtree Street. Shopping like Publix and Fresh Market are not too far away, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and it is still very quiet down at Bryson Square.
